A: All of our products are rigidly tested and inspected before delivery, to make sure of the quality that can satisfy our customers. Furthermore, One-year warranty relating to main products is provided.



Q2. What are your payment terms?

A: T/T, L/C, Western Union, Money Gram, Pay Pal are available. You can find our bank information in our P/I. Usually 30% deposit upon P/I confirmation and 70% balance before shipment.

Q3. How do you deliver the goods?

A: We can deliver the goods by sea, by air, by express (DHL, TNT, UPS, EMS, and FEDEX). We have our own cooperation forwarder so that we can get competitive price and deliver in short time. Surely you can choice your own agent as your convenience.

Q4. What is your delivery time?

A: The goods will be sent out in 2-5 days if in stock, in about 30 days for mass production after deposit into our bank account.

Q5. What are your packing terms?

A: We can provide our customer with neutral packing or color box with our own brand.


Q6. Can you provide us with sample?

A: Sure, we can provide our customers with sample for quality testing if we have stock.

Q7. What is your MOQ?

A: It is according to the products you need. We can sell you products in small quantity if we have enough stock.

Q8. Can you make the products according to our requirements?

A: Sure, we can do that for you. You can send us technical drawings or samples and we can check for you. We can also develop new mould for our customers according to their requirements.
